The Biblical Apostolic Organization (BAO) is a legally founded (incorporated 1983), recognized ecclesiastical body of clergymen adhering to Acts 2: 1-4, 2:38, 19:5; and Deuteronomy 6:4, as constituting part of its basic doctrinal principles. It is legally charted in Lansing, Michigan, as nonprofit organization in conformity with Act 284, Public Act of 1972, and Act 327 of 1931. Its Corporation Identification Number is 750-893.
The BAO has legal authority to operate on a geographically worldwide basis. Its charter permits it to license clergymen in most nations. It has the same legal authority on a national-international level as any denominational religious body. It has as much legal status as any Christian Church organization.
